Directions

We provide sessions in Cambridge, MA, and Northampton, MA. Please see the Directions page for directions to each of these locations, and for important information about accessing the buildings.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that we require 72 hours (three days) advance notice for cancellation of appointments. If you cancel less than three days before an appointment, the full fee will still be due. We will waive the cancellation fee if someone else takes your cancelled appointment. Also, if you are more than 20 minutes late for an appointment and you have not called us on one of our cell phones to let us know you will be late, we will consider that to be a no-show, and the full fee will still be due.

Making Appointments

The most convenient way to make appointments for regular sessions is through our online system. Please use the Appointments page on our web site for this. If you are running late for an appointment please call our cell phones: Mark at 617.319.3820 and Rachel at 617.549.8721. These are also the best numbers to call us between sessions if you have any questions or comments. Please only call between 9 AM and 10 PM Eastern Time.

Receiving Emails

We use email for one-to-one correspondence, to send appointment reminders and for occasional newsletters.

If you or your Internet provider uses any spam software you will need to make sure that our emails are not deleted by that software. To ensure that you receive our emails, please add our email addresses mark [at] mandriahealing.com, rachel [at] mandriahealing.com and mark-and-rachel [at] mandriahealing.com (replace the "[at]" with "@") to your address book, trusted senders list, safe senders list, or whatever your spam software uses to identify safe senders.
