It was about a year ago when my life took a sudden turn into a rather traumatic journey and I needed spiritual and physical healing. I felt like I was on a doorstep leading into hell. My heart was physically aching. I needed help to survive, to heal, and to overcome. My niece suggested that I visit Mark and Rachel since they had helped her.

Through the connection of my body to my spirit, and with the slightest of touch sensing the ongoing conflicts there, Rachel and Mark helped to release these conflicts from my psyche.

As I left their office after my first visit that day, my heart’s physical pain was gone. I felt safe and free. My visits are still continuing, and a change has come into my soul, a welcome joy has penetrated its darkness. My relationship with my granddaughters is much improved as well. It is such a gift!
