Feeling Complete 

"I got up the morning after the Mandria Healing Nurturing Program and realized that I didn't have to worry about following a religion, a god, or a teacher, because all these things were already inside me. I felt, as a physical sensation, that my body had come together and consolidated, and that all the pieces that were floating have come together. I also felt that my self, as I am, is a sovereign self. Everything is complete as it is. This is such an incredible feeling, I cannot believe it still. To walk on the street and feel safe, complete, and not alone, and consolidated as a person, is an indescribable feeling.

All my life I have tried to fit in and to accommodate others, and contact for me has meant suppressing my own needs. But now, when I feel my self is consolidated and has acquired this sense of solidity or sovereignty over its actions and thoughts and feelings, I somehow feel that I belong on this earth, and that I am part of the world.

I am less prone to anger and I do not feel lonely; I feel very alert and awake, and I feel complete.
