Healing. At the start of the workshop I felt nervous trusting Mark and
the process. I was committed to trying it out so I did trust him and all
the others who participated in the workshop as well. During the workshop I experienced a very powerful sense of my ability to heal beyond what I can do with my mind. I experienced the mind simply as a tool to tap into the energy that surrounds and is carried inside my body. During the exercises I felt my energy move and shift in a struggle to redefine itself. I went away from the workshop with a new awareness of my energy and a new understanding that we store energy in our organs.
