If you reached this page, you are probably looking for our
web site on Integrated Awareness, and accidentally typed Integrative
Awareness. The links on this page will get you to our main site.
Our work is founded in Integrative Awareness, which offers remarkable opportunities for
physical healing, personal growth and deepened spiritual connection through
body-centered learning.
From the perspective of Integrative Awareness, a good description of healed is:
-
Physically when your body
supports your desires and intentions without suffering or
fear of recurring injury
-
Emotionally when your
feelings flow freely in the current moment, unencumbered by
past wounds or hurts
-
Mentally when you accept
the past as it was, the present as it is, and are free
create the future as you would like it
-
Spiritually when your soul’s purpose is manifested in your
daily life
Integrative Awareness works with all levels of consciousness
(e.g., physical, emotional, mental and spiritual) and all
aspects of the physical body (e.g., bone, muscle, nervous
tissue, immune system and connective tissue) simultaneously.
Using our touch-based skills and in relation to your wish
for change, we help you find related places in your body that
have become disconnected, disowned or unforgiven by you. From
there we support you in discovering ways to reconnect those
areas in awareness and acceptance — allowing greater ease and
freedom in your body and mind, and providing access to healing
on all levels.
Integrative Awareness is not about reaching some
externally-imposed goal or standard, it is simply about
assisting you in shifting the things in your life that aren’t
working for you, and creating a life you like more!
"After 3 sessions, I have stopped smoking, lost weight,
taken better charge of issues and cried a lot too. Part of what has happened is
what Integrative Awareness is all about, releasing memories from the body so that
one can be aware and then heal."
